Construction timber

Construction timber is most commonly used in wooden structures, houses, and other buildings. Its advantages make it indispensable:

  • Easy to process, especially with mechanized tools.
  • Durable, comparable to most other building materials.
  • Low density – from 500 to 700 kg/m³ – meaning wooden frames do not require massive foundations.
  • Individual elements can be easily joined with nails, adhesives, or other methods.
  • Low thermal conductivity – a 12 cm thick wooden wall has insulation equivalent to a wall made of two layers of bricks.
  • Long-lasting wooden structures, provided that the necessary operational and environmental requirements are followed.

We cut construction timber from pine or spruce logs. The produced double-sawn timber can be graded and certified according to strength classes C14, C18, C24, or C30 at an additional cost.

The dimensions of the products (length, thickness, and width) can vary widely.

Standard length: 6 m, but we can also cut boards of 7 m, 8 m, or 9 m.

The price depends on dimensions, order volume, delivery times, and other factors.

During the warm season, it is possible to store timber in our warehouse, allowing the moisture content to naturally decrease due to environmental conditions. This service is free of charge. It is also possible to dry the timber in a kiln.

We recommend impregnating construction timber for added protection.
